This was my early commentary on a book as a tiny child, according to family lore. I notice my blog is low on pictures. I’m going to go back and throw random pictures that have little or nothing to do with the posts except that they are of Taiwan.
Here’s an example:

At the schools where I work, they post English phrases and aphorisms everywhere. Some of them are funny, some of them are strangely profound. I was having a bad day today, because my students were misbehaving, and I saw a quote about one day’s troubles not being a big deal. It was oddly encouraging. This one was just way too appropriate.
